Job Description
Do you have a talent for organization and are you able to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment Purchasing is your thing Then we are looking for you!
Your tasks:
- Procurement of purchased parts and services according to specifications
- Support of strategic purchasing in negotiations
- Order processing and monitoring delivery deadlines
- Initiating measures in the event of supply bottlenecks
- Inventory monitoring and requirements analysis
- Maintenance of master data and invoice verification
- Process optimization to improve costs and quality
This position is temporary for 2 years.
Qualifications :
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in purchasing
- Experience in working with ERP systems (ideally SAP)
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Communicative personality with negotiating skills and a structured way of working
- Reliability willingness to take responsibility and team spirit
