Job Description
Your role as housekeeper
- This is a working role so you will be leading from the front ensure an outstanding guest experience
- You will create the perfect environment for our guests through preparation of exceptional spaces perfect cleanliness and adding unique touches to create lasting impressions
- Manage staffing work assignments and performance goals providing mentoring and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Plan rotas control budgets and communicate effectively with other managers to meet guest demand and address special requirements.
- Assist in recruitment onboarding and compliance training for new team members whilst overseeing housekeeping team training and standards.
- Conduct routine inspections report defects and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness in public areas promptly address guest experiences assist in VIP requirements and focus on delivering personalised touches for complete guest satisfaction.
What youll bring.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment demonstrating resilience and flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess an excellent eye for detail ensuring precision and accuracy in tasks to maintain highquality standards.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills facilitating seamless teamwork and collaboration with colleagues in various roles.
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry particularly in the realms of Hotel and Restaurants.
- Extensive background in a culinary setting demonstrating handson experience in the details of kitchen operations and showcasing practical knowledge and proficiency in culinary practices.
