Job Description

As a senior recruiter you will oversee the fullcycle recruitment process ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while working closely with hiring managers to meet business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping our talent strategy optimizing recruitment processes and fostering a strong employer brand. You will also be responsible for sourcing candidates for our clients and expanding our candidate pipeline through custom searches on LinkedIn that match the job requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the fullcycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate leadership to define hiring needs create job descriptions and develop talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent through LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Attend meetings with our clients hiring managers to gather job requirements and build pipelines.
  • Utilize ATS systems and recruitment tools to track analyze and improve hiring performance.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for all candidates.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates and clients. 

Qualifications :

  • 36 years of experience in technical recruiting with ideally a startup or recruiting agency background.
  • English proficiency both written and verbal is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English).
  • Professional aggression with proven experience managing a stalled hiring process when clients are not communicating the next steps in the hiring process through escalation or other methods.
  • Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries. 
  • Strong LinkedIn experience with the ability to perform Boolean searches to source ideal fit candidates quickly and leverage other tools on LinkedIn. 
  • You must be a selfstarter who has a desire to learn grow and excel in your role.
  • Excited to work in a startup environment and have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid highgrowth environment.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
