Requirements

We are looking for a Linux Storage Administrator with expertise in Red Hatbased distributions (Debian knowledge is a plus). The ideal candidate should have strong hardware troubleshooting skills experience in OS hardening patching and basic automation using Shell Perl or Python scripting. Exposure to KVM or other hypervisors would be an advantage along with experience in managing enterprise storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install configure and maintain Linux servers (Red Hatbased; Debian is a plus).

  • Manage and troubleshoot storage systems (FC & iSCSI deployments).

  • Deploy and administer KVM or other virtualization platforms.

  • Implement backup technologies and disaster recovery solutions.

  • Perform OS hardening and ensure security compliance as per industry best practices.

  • Handle patch management and OS updates to maintain system stability and security.

  • Work with RAID LVM NFS SMB and SANbased storage solutions.

  • Troubleshoot hardwarerelated issues on servers and storage devices.

  • Collaborate with network/security teams for system configurations and compliance.

  • Monitor system performance and set up alerting mechanisms.

  • Develop basic automation scripts using Shell Perl or Python to streamline administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 10 years of total experience with 3 6 years as a Linux Administrator (L1/L2 level).

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with teams effectively.

  • Strong expertise in Red Hatbased Linux administration (Debian is an advantage).

  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting (Servers Storage Networking).

  • Handson experience with backup solutions such as Bacula Amanda or similar technologies.

  • Familiarity with KVM virtualization; experience with other hypervisors is a plus.

  • Experience in OS hardening and security best practices.

  • Strong knowledge of patch management and system updates.

  • Basic scripting skills in Shell Perl or Python for task automation.

  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree / Diploma in IT Computer Science or related field.

  • Certifications in Linux (RHCSA RHCE) or Storage (NetApp EMC or similar) would be an advantage.

Role Overview: The CRM / CLM lead will spearhead customer relationship and lifecycle management strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitability. This role will involve the design, implementation, and optimization of systems and processes to enhance customer experience and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV). Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development and Develop and implement comprehensive CRM and CLM strategies aligned with the organization s business goals. Lead initiatives to optimize customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement across various channels. Analyze customer journeys to identify pain points and areas for improvement in client interactions. Technology and Systems Oversee the selection, deployment, and management of CRM pla orms and tools. Collaborate with IT and Data Analytics teams to integrate CRM systems with other pla orms for seamless customer data management. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM systems while maintaining compliance with data protection regulations. Customer Engagement and Retention Design and implement personalized campaigns to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Monitor customer behavior and develop strategies for proactive engagement to prevent churn. Foster a culture of customer obsession across the organization. Performance Analysis and Reporting Set KPIs and performance metrics for CRM and CLM initiatives. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of customer lifecycle strategies and provide actionable insights. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master s degree is preferred. Experience: 7 10 years of experience in CRM, CLM, or related roles within the financial services or stockbroking industry. Strong knowledge of customer relationship management pla orms (e.g., Clever Tap , Zoho, HubSpot) and data analytics tools. Proven ability to design and implement data-driven customer lifecycle strategies. Deep understanding of stockbroking or financial services industry dynamics, regulations, and customer behavior Core Competencies Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to place customers at the core of all decisions. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change. Tech Savviness: Proficiency in leveraging technology for customer engagement and lifecycle management.
