Job Description
Duties:
Include any and/or all of the following:
- Generate sales by determining the customers parts requirements and expectations by recommending specific solutions.
- Educate customers on parts offering terminology features and benefits to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to perform data entry at a minimum of 50 WPM without sacrificing accuracy
- Present a professional image at all times to customers vendors and coworkers
- Communicate accurate customer order information to all departments as needed.
- Verify count from bills of lading on incoming materials. Inspect materials and perform item counts as appropriate.
- Ensure proper documentation is turned in on a daily basis
- Assist in Shipping Department when required.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Must have an excellent attendance record.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar position preferred
- Skills: Microsoft office experience Primarily Excel Word and Outlook. Excellent communication skills through phone and email. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Other: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Able to sit up to 8 hours a day.
