Medical 1 is a leading healthcare staffing agency and we are working for our client which is an organization dedicated to providing highquality patientcentered care to the residents of Tennessee. They are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Hospitalist Physician to join their team at a new Facility in Tennessee
This role provides comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients. You will work closely with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inpatient care to hospitalized patients including diagnosis treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions
Collaborate with other physicians nurses and healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Monitor and assess patients progress order and interpret diagnostic tests and adjust treatment plans as needed
Communicate effectively with patients families and caregivers to educate them about their conditions and treatment options
Adhere to all hospital policies procedures and standards of care
Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities to improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction
Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of hospital medicine and participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Tennessee
Minimum of 3years of experience as a Hospitalist Physician
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Proficient in electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
