Job Description
This role can be based in any of our following offices: Glasgow London Manchester or Aberdeen
As a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant youll work on significant projects and initiatives within our Financial Services practice. Youll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive highprofile D365 projects. Your expertise and insights will shape the future of our Business Applications vision contributing to our growth while enjoying the freedom to make key decisions in a dynamic entrepreneurial setting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Work with customers to understand and define their business process to configure their Dynamics CRM/D365 system.
- Advise customers on best practices for development or integration processes.
- Assist with configuration tasks data migration and endtoend testing.
- Provide enduser training courses and adhoc coaching.
- Participate in golive stages of projects.
- Push projects along through daily communications with the customer and/or project manager.
Qualifications :
You will have excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills as well as the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team delivering a wide range of services to our customers.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Power Platform ModelDriven Apps Dataverses and legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems such as CRM2011 CRM2013 CRM2015 CRM2016 CRMOnline.
- Work to clients needs expectations and standards ensuring that the output and approach is of an expectational standard.
- Customer facing and stakeholder management;
- Experience delivering within the Finance Sector (Banking or Insurance) Desirable
- Developing peers by imparting knowledge and expertise through continual professional development
- Creating documentation.
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Design and delivery functional elements e.g. customise and configure without code
- Managing time effectively
- Design and validation of technical elements e.g. extending with code
- Testing and validation of solutions
- Experience within the Financial Services / Banking industry would be beneficial.
