Job Description

Job Summary:

The Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving growth and achieving business objectives for TheBar in the US focusing on user acquisition retention and upsell. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and product development and will be accountable for delivering growth targets across various digital channels while collaborating with crossfunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategy and daytoday operations of clients precision and growth marketing function
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Engineering Design Product Management Data/Analytics and Brand Marketing teams to execute growth initiatives
Partner with the internal data & analytics team to ensure the right data infrastructure is in place for user behavior analysis and rapid experimentation
Define TheBar.coms growth plan and execute campaigns that deliver on business goals optimizing across tactics for best results
Develop a scorecard to track progress against growth objectives and business goals
Implement track and optimize digital campaigns across platforms working with media agencies and data specialists for
Provide consumer insights by blending performance data with user needs habits and perceptions through design thinking
Create clear briefs for internal and external stakeholders/agencies outlining goals KPIs and testandlearn plans
Partner with Product Management and Brand Marketing to optimize the digital consumer journey across all touchpoints

Requirements

At least 67 years of experience in a growth marketing role at a DTC brand preferably a startup
Proven track record of building and leading dynamic driven teams in agile sprints with successful performance outcomes
Experience with design thinking and a consumerfirst mindset when solving problems and building products/campaigns
Strong understanding of emerging trends in marketing and consumption; adaptable to rapidly changing environments
Ability to manage a large volume of projects prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
Passion for the company mission to help people celebrate life every day!

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the consumer goods or ecommerce industry
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience working with crossfunctional teams and external agencies
