We’re looking for someone who is selfmotivated curious and missiondriven. This role will be key in connecting with potential clients assessing their readiness and setting up the next steps in our process. The ideal candidate will be skilled in having engaging valuedriven conversations and will thrive in a KPIdriven resultsoriented environment. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t need handholding—someone who can come in and hit the ground running!
Conduct Discovery Calls: Engage with potential clients to uncover their financial pain points goals and mindset readiness.
Qualify Prospects: Use proven frameworks to assess whether prospects are a good fit for our strategy ensuring we’re speaking with individuals who are ready to take the next step.
Schedule Decision Meetings: Set up followup meetings with Senior Advisors making sure clients are wellprepared and aligned with our mission.
Pipeline Management: Track calls conversations and followups through HubSpot keeping the pipeline organized and updated.
Outbound FollowUps: Consistently make outbound calls send followup texts and emails ensuring prospects stay engaged.
Represent the Brand: Act as a representative of the mission—helping individuals create financial freedom through education and personalized strategies.
Discovery Calls: 150 Discovery Calls scheduled or held per month.
Completed Discovery Calls: 75 completed Discovery Calls per month 50 show rate).
Decision Meetings Scheduled: 68 Decision Meetings scheduled per month 90 setthrough rate).
Completed Decision Meetings: 41 completed Decision Meetings 60 show rate).
Outbound Activity: 500 outbound dials per week.
