Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to join our thriving MFL department. As Lead Practitioner of Spanish you will play a key role in driving excellence in language teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Spanish teachers within the department.
- Develop and implement a highquality Spanish curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress implementing strategies for improvement.
- Lead on professional development for Spanish teachers.
- Contribute to the wider school community and promote the importance of language learning.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- A passion for inspiring young minds and a commitment to student success.
