Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to join our thriving MFL department. As Lead Practitioner of Spanish you will play a key role in driving excellence in language teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor Spanish teachers within the department.
  • Develop and implement a highquality Spanish curriculum.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Lead on professional development for Spanish teachers.
  • Contribute to the wider school community and promote the importance of language learning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A passion for inspiring young minds and a commitment to student success.
