Job Description
- Preparation of company assessments according to the bluesign criteria
- Preevaluation of preparation documents
- Company assessments onsite with report writing and related evaluations
- Followup of roadmap for achieving compliance with the bluesign criteria (implementation process)
- Actualization and maintenance of the business process leading IT tool
- Perform follow up assessments to monitor continuous improvement at company
- Project work as needed and agreed
Qualifications :
- 10 years in chemical industry (preferably textile chemical related)
- Educational background: engineering/ natural science/ technical degree ideally textile related (e.g. textile engineer chemical engineer environmental scientist or similar)
- Knowledge in the field of product stewardship classification and labelling as well as regulatory affairs
- Knowledge in the field of chemistry and/ or plastic industry manufacturing
- Knowledge in the fields of environment health and safety and prior experience with auditing
- Professional experience requested
- Good English skills (especially written)
- Occasional travel need (about 1 week/month)
- Good communicator who enjoys working in teams and in multicultural settings
- Team player with proven ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and with good time management
- Ability to exercise good and factbased assessments
