Application Development & Configuration: Develop and configure applications on the Pega platform to meet business requirements.
Business Process Management (BPM): Design and implement solutions to improve business processes.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Technical Design: Create technical designs and ensure adherence to best practices and highquality code.
Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing integration testing and troubleshooting to ensure application stability.
Integration: Develop and maintain custom integrations with thirdparty systems.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance and identify areas for optimization.
Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality.
Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for Pega applications.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
Skills and Knowledge:
Pega Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and design principles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java JavaScript HTML CSS and XML.
Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management techniques.
Database Knowledge: Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to analyze problems identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
Experience with Pega tools: Familiarity with Pega Designer Studio Rule Explorer and other Pega development tools.
