Overview:
The HR Digital Product Manager is responsible for the development implementation and management of digital products and solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify needs define product requirements and drive the successful delivery of HR technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define and communicate the vision and strategy for HR digital products aligning with organizational goals and HR objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in HR technology.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR leaders IT and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all productrelated inquiries and updates.
- Product Development:
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to design development testing and launch.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create userfriendly interfaces and enhance the overall user experience.
- Project Management:
- Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of digital products.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks that arise during the development process.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive in HR digital solutions.
- Training and Support:
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR staff and endusers on new digital products.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management preferably in HR technology or digital product development.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices with a focus on employee experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
