Job Description
Are you a passionate and dynamic Business Teacher looking to join an Outstanding school in Shropshire This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT to make a significant impact in a thriving department where business studies are highly regarded and enjoyed by students across Key Stage 4 and 5.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan deliver and assess engaging and challenging lessons in Business.
- Promote a deep understanding of business concepts and realworld applications.
- Support students in achieving excellent outcomes in their GCSE and ALevel Business exams.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and forwardthinking department.
- Contribute to the continued development of the Business curriculum.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated Business Teacher with a passion for inspiring students to explore the world of business. They will have the ability to foster a stimulating and supportive learning environment while promoting academic success.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Economics or a related field.
- QTS PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and ALevel)
- A passion for teaching Business and fostering student success.
Salary: The salary for this Business Teacher position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS.
