Strategic Procurement Manager Professional Services (f/m/d)

Are you passionate about strategic procurement and driving value in complex service categories As a Strategic Procurement Manager you will take ownership of sourcing projects in the area of Professional Services and support other indirect categories like Marketing and Communication. You will play a key role in shaping supplier strategies negotiating impactful agreements and delivering longterm value to the business.
What you will do:
Develop and implement categoryspecific procurement strategies in collaboration with the Category Leader
Lead sourcing initiatives conduct market and supplier analysis and run endtoend tender processes
Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure cost efficiency compliance and performance
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Monitor procurement KPIs supplier compliance and category performance to support strategic decisions
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment across functions
What you bring & who you are:
A Masters degree in Business Supply Chain Procurement or a related discipline
Several years of experience in managing strategic sourcing projects ideally in Professional Services
Strong negotiation and analytical skills combined with knowledge of procurement policies and risk management
Proficient in procurement tools and systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) with experience in data analytics (Excel Power BI)
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills with both internal and external partners
Fluency in English; German or additional language skills are an advantage
