Position: Sales Development Representative
Working Hours: FullTime 9:00 am 6:00 pm EST
Salary: $1700 $1800 (depending on the client’s final offer)
Search: LatAm and South Africa
Role Responsibilities:
- Cold and Warm Calling: Manage a daily mix of cold and warm calls to existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Research: Conduct research to identify new prospects and build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Secure Meetings: Schedule onsite meetings with Keith or other team members to further explore potential business opportunities and provide onsite assessments.
- Messaging and Communication: Effectively communicate via email phone and messaging to engage clients and keep them informed at every stage of the sales process.
- Weekly Payroll: Run weekly payroll processes ensuring accurate and timely payments for employees.
- Daily Administrative Tasks: Handled various daily administrative tasks including client followups updating CRM systems and preparing reports.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Resolve issues within 510 minutes or escalate to higher management if needed. Demonstrate quick thinking and initiative.
- Autonomy with Support: Works independently with minimal supervision but asks for assistance when needed. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold and warm calling client research and securing meetings (preferably in a sales environment).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with an emphasis on professional English.
- Experience managing payroll processes or strong attention to detail when handling financial transactions.
- Proactive problemsolving attitude with the ability to act quickly and independently to address challenges.
- Ability to manage a variety of daily tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
