We are looking for a dynamic and team oriented Retail Store Supervisor to be part of the opening team for our new central London flagship store. Youll be a key part of the management team acting as the secondincommand and the first relay of supervision on the floor with the team. Youll be a role model driving sales performance building relationships with customers supporting store operations and being able to coach and develop the sales associates.

Reporting into the Retail Store Manager youll be pivotal to the success and growth of TALA and is an opportunity for professional development.

Tasks

What youll be doing:

Store Management

• Participating and actively leading in the daily briefing and ensuring its properly understood by the teams in the daily monitoring of their activities on the floor.
• Carrying out accurate daily/weekly analyses and weekly reports as and when requested by the Store Manager.
• Operationally develop the members of the team teaching them sales technics and coaching them.
• Onboarding and training new team members.
• Liaising with the wider HQ teams from store reporting merchandising in store events operational updates to customer feedback.

Customer Service & Sales

• Performing all sales associate duties at the highest level of expectation acting as a role model in store.
• Embody and communicate the TALA brand philosophy values and culture to both internal and external customers.
• Greet and assist customers providing a friendly and engaging shopping experience.
• Offer product recommendations and styling advice based on customer preferences.
• Responding to all customer queries and issues in a professional effective and timely manner.
• Process sales transactions using the stores POS system.

Merchandising & Store Presentation

• Maintain a visually appealing store layout ensuring products are welldisplayed.
• Assist with stock replenishment and product organization on shelves and racks.
• Follow brand guidelines for store displays and promotions.
• Keep fitting rooms clean and organized.

Stock Management & Operations

• Assist in receiving unpacking and organizing new inventory.
• Conduct stock checks and monitor inventory levels.
• Report damaged or missing products to management.
• Follow loss prevention and security procedures to prevent theft.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

• Ensure the store remains clean and tidy at all times.
• Follow health and safety guidelines in the workplace.

Team Collaboration & Training

• Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals.
• Lead and support in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on brand trends and policies.

Requirements

About you:

• Previous managerial experience in a retail environment preferably in fashion activewear or wellnessbut above all a genuine passion for these areas is a must.
• Proven record of meeting store KPIs able to drive sales performance to meet targets.
• A commercial mindset sharing insights with the wider team staying agile in your approach and way of working.
• A positive team leader ability to lead and inspire others
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to connect effortlessly with customers and inspire your team.
• A natural problemsolverproactive quick to learn and able to thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Strong visual merchandising instincts with a keen eye for detail to keep the store looking stylish and onbrand at all times.
• Excellent multitasking skills balancing customer service sales and store operations seamlessly in a fastpaced environment.
• Fluent in English (reading writing and speaking) to ensure clear and engaging customer interactions.Passionate about building customer relationships from discussing upcoming collections to gathering customer insights that foster longterm loyalty.
