At score4more you contribute with your brainpower and technology skills to:
- develop the largest global impact platform in order to shape a sustainable transformation
- create new features to make it easy for companies to navigate transformation data identify suitable sustainable actions and solutions to transform faster
- automate our scoring and data analytics to give companies an assessment about their sustainability performance

Tasks
We are looking for a Senior FullStack Engineer to shape our earlystage product and development processes. You will be responsible for building our web application frontend and cloudnative backend incorporating continuous customer feedback data analysis and product requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Build and optimize the frontend and backend ensuring seamless user experience and scalability.
- DevOps & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines automate infrastructure setup and enhance deployment processes.
- API & System Design: Develop APIs create scalable eventdriven systems and integrate thirdparty services.
- AI/ML Integration: Support embedding data analytics and AI/ML models into the platform.
- Collaboration & Code Quality: Work closely with designers for an intuitive UI contribute to knowledge sharing and maintain clean testdriven code.
- Recruitment & Culture: Participate in hiring mentor new team members and foster a strong tech culture.
Requirements
MustHave Skills:
- FullStack Expertise 6 years): Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript/React for frontend and Python for backend development.
- Data & AI/ML 3 years): Handson experience with Data Analytics Machine Learning NLP and LLMs.
- Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Scrum/Kanban for efficient project management.
- Modern Web Development: Strong understanding of frameworks libraries and scalable architectures.
- Containerization & DevOps: Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes and infrastructure automation.
- TestDriven Development: Committed to writing clean structured and welltested code.
- Continuous Learning & Adaptability: Keeps up with industry trends contributes to opensource and embraces change.
- Strong Communication & Teamwork: Works effectively in remotefirst distributed teams with a collaborative mindset.
- Leadership Potential: Ability to grow into a technical lead role fostering team development.
- StartUp Experience: Experience in earlystage environments building structures and strategies from scratch.
- Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency.
NicetoHave Skills:
- DevOps & CI/CD: Knowledge of Jenkins GitLab CI Travis CI for automation.
- API & System Design: Experience with REST GraphQL and eventdriven architectures.
