The Cabinet Maker is responsible for making building repairing and installation for all buildings OPC areas and corporate assets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Builds repairs installs cabinets and cabinet doors.
- Studies blueprints sketches or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required such as lumber or fiberboard and dimensions of structure or fixture to be fabricated.
- Selects specified type of lumber or other materials.
- Repair any broken or damaged cabinets drawers or doors.
- Prepares layout marks cutting and assembly lines on materials.
- Shapes materials to prescribed measurements using hand and power tools.
- Assembles cut and shaped materials and fastens them together with nails dowel pins or glue.
- Installs completed cabinets as required.
- Must produce work that meets industry standards and specifications.
- Completes daily logs and submits to assistant manager daily.
- Must be able to work extended hours and weekends when a project dictates the need.
- Must comply with all CFI policies and procedures.
- Must represent CFI in a professional manner through appearance dress and professional behavior at all times as dictated in the Team Members Handbook.
- Must work diligently to gain knowledge and experience to execute their role to its full potential.
- Other duties as assigned by Corporate Facilities leadership.

Education and/or Experiance
Threeyear certificate from college or technical school; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
