Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy and plan for the Branch Teller System implementation including timelines resources and methodologies.
- Lead the creation of detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all functional and nonfunctional aspects of the Branch Teller Systems.
- Oversee the of planned test cases ensuring all test results are correctly recorded against the system.
- Prepare and present testing reports including test results and defect analysis to key stakeholders.
- Manage the identification documentation and resolution of defects and issues discovered during testing.
- Collaborate with Software and System Integration vendors to define testing requirements resolve issues and understand system specifications.
- Regularly update stakeholders including project managers IT teams and business units on testing progress risks and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and ensure alignment with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Manage nonfunctional testing efforts including performance and availability testing.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of relevant experience in the IT sector with significant experience in the Test Manager role.
- Proven experience in managing testing for largescale IT projects in the banking sector (Core Banking systems such as Temenos Finacle or Branch Banking Systems is highly preferred).
- Expertise with testing automation and SDLC tools such as Karate HP ALM JIRA Microfocus etc.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience in nonfunctional testing including performance and availability testing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crossfunctional teams and complex testing efforts.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to report testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.
