What you will do:
- Ensure compliance with safety vigilance activities including conducting case reconciliation with concerned departments affiliates distributors or business partners.
- Write update and review quality procedures to maintain high standards.
- Support Safety Vigilance projects and task forces on a local regional and global scale.
- Participate in the collection processing review and distribution of adverse event information for development and marketed products.
- Support audits inspections and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Maintain tools for generating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- A solid understanding of the safety vigilance and pharmacovigilance landscape within the pharmaceutical industry ensuring compliance with regulations and effective risk management.
- A few years of experience in a safety vigilance or pharmacovigilance role within the pharmaceutical industry would be considered a valuable advantage.
- Proficiency in safety database systems a solid understanding of postmarketing safety requirements and knowledge of device and drug safety regulations along with medical terminology.
- Bachelors Degree in a Life Sciences discipline required.
- Proven ability to work with a high level of integrity accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills and a continuous learning mindset and attitude.
