Job Description
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Utilize sales analytics to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide coaching and support in achieving sales targets
- Utilize salesforce to track and analyze sales data
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- 01 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong understanding of sales channels and sales coaching
- Proficiency in salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and marketing initiatives
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Resultsoriented and selfmotivated individual
- Insurance industry experience is a plus
