Their diverse portfolio includes brands in edible oils fats hygiene and personal care. They are currently seeking a Production Planning & SAP Coordinator for their Soap Production Plant. This role is pivotal in ensuring their production processes align seamlessly with customer demands and commitment to excellence.
Align production schedules with customer orders and demand forecasts.
Manage timely order confirmations in SAP to reflect production plans accurately.
Monitor production capacity adjusting schedules to meet goals minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
Maintain accurate stock levels in SAP through regular reviews and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Lead efforts to resolve physical vs. SAP stock variances by conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure proper tracking and accounting of raw materials workinprogress and finished goods.
Apply indepth understanding of soap manufacturing to enhance efficiency quality and output.
Oversee the entire production flow ensuring adherence to quality standards and optimal process parameters.
Collaborate with teams like Quality Control Maintenance and Supply Chain to improve processes and address issues.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements to boost efficiency reduce costs and increase productivity.
Recommend and implement new technologies or methods to advance soap production lines.
Assist the Soap Department Lead in daily operations and provide leadership to the production team.
Train and mentor junior staff in production procedures SAP usage and stock management best practices.
Promote a culture of teamwork accountability and safety within the department.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in Production Planning, SAP, or Lean Manufacturing are advantageous.
