Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Engineer to join our team and lead the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The ideal candidate will also assist with additional MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) and Intune tasks as required. This is a 6month plus position.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across the organization 2500 devices).
  • Ensure minimal disruption to endusers during the migration process.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for any issues that arise during the migration.
  • Utilize MECM and Intune for endpoint management and policy enforcement.
  • Confirm and update the current Windows update process to modernize Windows patching.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth transition and integration.
  • Document processes configurations and changes thoroughly.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Windows OS upgrades particularly from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
  • Expertise in MECM and Intune for endpoint management.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
