Job Description
- Plan and execute the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across the organization 2500 devices).
- Ensure minimal disruption to endusers during the migration process.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for any issues that arise during the migration.
- Utilize MECM and Intune for endpoint management and policy enforcement.
- Confirm and update the current Windows update process to modernize Windows patching.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure smooth transition and integration.
- Document processes configurations and changes thoroughly.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in Windows OS upgrades particularly from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
- Expertise in MECM and Intune for endpoint management.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
