Job Description
Position Summary
Were seeking a proficient On Site Engineer to join our team in Delhi India. The selected individual will be accountable for the installation commissioning and maintenance of our customized automation equipment used in the lithium battery manufacturing process.
Main Duties
- Conduct proactive inspections of customer site equipment usage to identify and prevent potential issues.
- Carry out on site maintenance of equipment for customers and collect detailed feedback on any encountered problems.
- Provide training to customer maintenance personnel and manage the equipment acceptance process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Train external installation and debugging teams.
Requirements
Skill and Experience Prerequisites
- Technical Competence: Demonstrate solid skills in mechanical and electronic systems with the ability to handle complex technical tasks related to non standard automation equipment.
- Desired Experience: Prior experience in non standard automation equipment especially in the context of battery manufacturing or similar high tech industries is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving Abilities: Exhibit outstanding problem solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Qualification Criteria
- Educational Background: Hold a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Work Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in after sales service preferably in the mechanical and electronics industry with exposure to high precision equipment maintenance and customer facing technical support.
Benefits
Salary budget:
Up to 100k INR max/month
Mechanical commissioning skill with experience working in tire manufacturing plants, requiring strong hands-on skills at the frontline, and being open to project arrangements that involve travel
