The ideal candidate will have recent front office experience (within the last 3 years) excellent leadership skills and an indepth understanding of hospitality operations. The role involves equipping students with practical knowledge and skills for front office management while embodying the qualities of exceptional customer service team leadership and operational efficiency
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical training on front office operations including customer service reservation systems and guest interaction.
- Integrate industry standards and recent trends into training content.
- Train students on leadership skills teamwork and professional accountability.
- Simulate realworld scenarios to prepare students for operational challenges.
- Mentor students providing constructive feedback and ensuring their progress.
- Coordinate with teams to align training with institutional and industry goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in front office operations or as a Front Office Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in hospitality reservation and operations management software.
- Flexibility adaptability and a passion for sharing knowledge with future professionals.
