Profile Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing operations and financial management roles.
- Proven track record in launching digital projects such as podcasts online courses or social media campaigns.
- Demonstrated expertise in clientfacing roles with strong relationship management skills.
- Handson experience with basic bookkeeping and financial reporting using Xero or similar software.
- Proficiency in Gmail for effective email communications.
- Experience with project and task management tools like Notion (or similar platforms).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms (Instagram TikTok LinkedIn Pinterest YouTube).
- Highly organized detailoriented creative and proactive with strong leadership and problemsolving skills.
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote podcasts online courses social media campaigns and YouTube content.
- Oversee content creation scheduling and distribution to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Manage social media presence on Instagram TikTok LinkedIn Pinterest and YouTube driving engagement and growth.
- Lead analytics and reporting efforts to measure campaign performance and inform continuous improvements.
- Oversee budgeting and basic financial management using Xero including invoicing accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
- Optimize operational processes and manage digital projects from planning to using tools like Notion.
- Serve as the primary client liaison maintaining strong relationships and integrating client needs into project

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
