This is a remote position.
About the Role
We are seeking highly a skilled 3D Max Renderer Expert to create photorealistic renders of our homes. Using 3D Max you will work alongside our team of experts to bring architectural designs to life with stunning visualizations.
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM Los Angeles CA
- Includes 30 minute paid break
Key Responsibilities
Create highquality photorealistic renders using 3D Max.
Collaborate with designers and architects to accurately represent home designs.
Apply textures lighting and materials to enhance realism.
Optimize rendering workflows for efficiency and quality.
Ensure final renders meet company standards and client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in 3D Max and rendering engines like VRay or Corona.
MUST be able to share a portfolio utilizing 3D Max rendering
Strong understanding of lighting materials and textures.
Experience in architectural visualization and photorealistic rendering.
Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
