Job Description

The French Chamber of Commerce Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Membership Manager to focus on recruiting new members and drive membership growth. This position requires a deep understanding of the business community in Singapore excellent interpersonal and communication skills sales experience and a passion for fostering business relationships.

Reporting to: Head of Member Services & Communication

Responsibilities:

Membership Development and Recruitment:

  • Identify and target potential members through market research networking events referrals and partnerships with relevant organizations.
  • Actively prospect and develop a database of qualified leads.
  • Recruit new member companies based on strategic target plans and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Communication & Marketing team to create membership value propositions and marketing collateral and campaigns.

Membership strategy:

  • Identify and develop programs and partnerships to enhance the value proposition of the Chamber.
  • Improve the existing membership loyalty programme.

Membership Management:

  • Maintain an accurate and uptodate membership database ensuring all member information is properly recorded and managed.
  • Regularly analyse membership data to identify trends evaluate member satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on membership statistics including growth and engagement levels for management review.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales/business development role is mandatory.
  • Tenacity drive and resultsoriented personality.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the business community in Singapore.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and French both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and database management tools.
  • Flexibility to attend events and meetings outside regular office hours.
