Profile Requirements:
- Minimum 2.5 years of proven experience as a Content Creation Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design.
- Must have own canva and adobe
- Strong copywriting and content repurposing skills.
- Experience with social media scheduling and content management.
- Ability to ensure brand formatting across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with website content management and landing page creation.
- Experience with email marketing materials and automation tools is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a flair for design capable of innovating within brand guidelines even with limited assets.
- Collaborative and proactive approach eager to bring fresh ideas and elevate the brand s visual and digital presence.
Core responsibilities:
- Maintain brand consistency by adhering to established brand guidelines and resources.
- Format decks onboarding documents and client proposals for a polished and professional presentation.
- Compile reports and transform them into polished client deliverables.
- Convert raw content and ideas into highquality branded materials.
- Utilize provided copywriting to create complementary social content including:
- Longform video production
- Shortform content (reels shorts carousels)
- Static social media posts
- Develop and update landing pages using existing templates for the company website.
- Design headers footers and other visual assets for email automation.
- Create engaging ebooks and newsletterstyle content
- Can do manual processes refining workflows before scaling and optimising design pasting and content management

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
