About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager to join a stunning hotel on the picturesque Isle of Tiree. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional to lead by example ensuring the smooth daily operations of the hotel while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the hotel ensuring a high standard of service.
Supervise and support staff across all departments including front of house housekeeping and food & beverage.
Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests in a professional and efficient manner.
Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
Assist in staff training scheduling and performance management.
Work closely with senior management to implement hotel policies and procedures.
Manage stock control and liaise with suppliers when necessary.
Ensure seamless coordination between departments to optimize guest satisfaction.

Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
A proactive approach to customer service and operations management.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
