What do we expect from you
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the South East Asian Countries market in alignment with the companys overall goals and objectives.
Team Leadership: Lead mentor and manage the sales team including sales managers account executives and sales support staff ensuring they are motivated welltrained and focused on achieving sales targets.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities expanding the customer base and nurturing key accounts in geographies Singapore (majorly)Malaysia Indonesia HongKong Philippines.
Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
Sales Operations: Oversee all aspects of sales operations including forecasting pipeline management order processing and customer inquiries to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
Sales Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics such as sales targets conversion rates customer acquisition costs and customer lifetime value to assess and improve sales team performance.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget for South East Asian Countries ensuring costeffectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the executive team enabling datadriven decisionmaking.
Sales Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team keeping them uptodate with industry trends and product updates.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all sales activities comply with local and national regulations and industry standards.
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field; MBA preferred with an experience of 1215 years in sales in SEA regions.
Experience in managing and scaling sales teams (minimum of 5 members).
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles preferably in a SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of the market dynamics customer behaviour and business culture.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Ability to travel as required 2550.
