Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Driver
- Pay:$17 per hour
- Hours:MondayFriday 7:30 AM4:00 PM
- Location:Tulsa OK

Position Overview
We are seeking aShipping & Receiving Clerk / Driverto assist withproduct preparation delivery scheduling order accuracy and inventory management. The ideal candidate will havestrong attention to detail excellent customer service skills and the ability to drive a standard shift transmission vehicle safely.
Key Responsibilities
Product Preparation & Delivery
- Prepare completed product loads includingloose materials hardware and additional itemsrequired for a complete delivery.
- Communicate with the appropriate personnelto schedule delivery times.
- Oversee drivers and provide clear directionregarding delivery logistics.
- Safely operateamanual transmission vehiclefor deliveries.
Retail Molding Sales & Customer Relations
- Assist customers in selecting desired products bylistening and effectively communicatingto determine their needs.
- Prepare sales tickets and accurately calculate pricing.
- Process payments provide change and maintain accurate transaction records.
Order & Inventory Management
- Verifyquality and accuracyofcompleted molding orders and cabinetry tickets.
- Inspectshipments receivedto confirmquantity and accuracy.
- Cut to length mark and stock molding ordersin designated bins.
Material Handling & Loading
- Lift handle and carrymaterials as needed:
- Trim bundles:Up to60 lbs. including overhead lifting (truck rack at 66.
- Plywood sheets: x 4 x 8 sheets weighing up to100 lbs.(using a cart or assistance).
- Cabinets:Up to200 lbs.(using a dolly or assistance).
- Load and secure materialsfor safe transport.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle safely.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in shipping receiving and order verification preferred.
- Basic math skillsfor pricing and transaction processing.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materialsusing proper equipment.
- Attention to detailfor order accuracy and quality assurance.
