Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Scrum Master to support two Agile teams each managing multiple ongoing projects. This role requires strong communication and facilitation skills as well as the ability to adapt Agile practices flexibly without rigidly adhering to any one framework. The ideal candidate will have a servant leadership mindset helping teams navigate challenges improve collaboration and maximize business value through effective Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews.
- Adapt Agile practices to suit team and project needs ensuring flexibility and effectiveness.
- Serve as a servant leader identifying and removing impediments to team progress.
- Foster a collaborative environment ensuring smooth communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Track sprint progress ensuring timely delivery of business value.
- Work closely with Solution Architects developers and designers to align work with business goals and priorities.
- Support crossteam coordination and dependencies enabling seamless project .
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master supporting multiple teams.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe) and flexible Agile approaches.
- Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to removing obstacles.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g. Jira Rally etc.
Nice to have:
- Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives.
- Background of working with CX solutions
- Experience of working with Google CCAI platform
