Job Description
Drive efficiency and excellence in our warehouse operations! Were seeking a handson Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our team streamline logistics and ensure seamless receiving organization and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise train and develop warehouse staff while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Logistics & Inventory Management: Oversee receiving labeling storage and staging of hardware doors and materials.
- Shipping & Delivery: Coordinate shipments select costeffective carriers and ensure timely deliveries.
- Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity.
- Warehouse & Fleet Maintenance: Maintain a safe organized facility and oversee company vehicle upkeep.
Qualifications :
- 3 years in a fastpaced warehouse environment 2 years in management.
- Strong logistics inventory and team leadership experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and warehouse software.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (team lift).
- Valid drivers license.

Salary: $75000$80000
Hours: Standard business hours are 630am330pm
