Your role
As an Assistant Legal Counsel you will:
- Review and negotiate investment fund documentation on behalf of IQEQ.
- Lead contract negotiations focusing on fundrelated agreements.
- Act as a key contact for external lawyers.
- Manage projects related to investment fund documentation review and approval.
Qualifications :
What were looking for
- Irishqualified Solicitor with postqualification experience.
- Experience in the Irish Investment Funds sector.
- Strong knowledge of AFIMD and UCITS regulations.
- Advantageous experience includes:
- Working inhouse at a fund management company/MiFID firm.
- Exposure to the property sector.
- Experience establishing funds in other EU jurisdictions.
