Job Description
Responsibilities
Answering second line and payroll related questions from managers and business
Checking all payroll data for a correct and qualitative payroll process
Processing of personnel mutations
Executing of CLA related working conditions
Macro working
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
Can work very securely
Has the capabilities to work in a high pressure environment
MBO / HBO level degree
Degree Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie
Experience within an organization with multiple CLAs
Relevant working experience within HR or/and Payroll
Stress resistant full of initiative service oriented and independent
Advanced in Excel
Good communication skills in Dutch and English
