Job Description
You will be part of the Group Purchasing Indirect Materials team assisting to:
Carry out Request for Quote (RFQ) process
Engage in Technical & commercial clarification with potential suppliers
Evaluate and compare bids received
Engage in negotiation with potential suppliers
Ensure projects are of compliance to global and country policies
Analyze reports for the department
Perform ad hoc duties as requested
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or similar related field of study
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of people
Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Asia and Europe offices will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to commit for at least 8 months
