Key Responsibilities
1. Network Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and coaching centers in your designated territory.
2. Onboarding & Training
Onboard new consultants and coaching centers onto the Enroll Easy platform.
Provide necessary training and resources to ensure effective use of the platform.
3. Activation & Engagement
Encourage and activate consultants and coaching centers to drive admissions.
Ensure that partners are utilizing the platform efficiently for maximum results.
4. Target Achievement
Drive consultant admissions and consistently achieve set targets.
Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
5. Field Visits & Support
Conduct regular field visits to engage with consultants and coaching centers.
Address any concerns and provide ongoing support to optimize performance.
6. Coaching & Performance Tracking
Guide and mentor consultants on best practices for leveraging the platform.
Track and analyze consultant performance and admissions metrics.
Provide datadriven feedback and implement improvements.
7. Feedback & Platform Improvement
Gather insights from consultants and coaching centers to enhance the Enroll Easy platform.
Work closely with internal teams to refine the consultant experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in sales business development or a related role preferably in the education sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with online platforms and education technology is an advantage.
Goaloriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
