Job Description
This role requires to provide Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technical guidance and develop solutions to business requirements. The individual needs to have ECM domain experience and able to consult to business units requiring ECM capabilities to be enabled. To apply computer science theories principals to create refactor moderate to complex scripts integration software support services. To design complex technical specifications configuration test and provide support maintenance of systems and programmes. To execute software technical responsibilities according to Engineer practice standards frameworks roadmaps and the architects application standards. Participate in reviews of colleagues work.
Qualifications :
- First Degree Information Technology
- Agile Software methodologies and associated practices such as Continuous Integration Continuous delivery Infrastructure as code Evolutionary Architecture Domain specific certification etc.
- Cloud certification
- ECM FileNet certifications
Experience
- 57 years broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and configuring upgrading supporting ECM Platforms.
- 810 years proven experience in modern engineering practices i.e. dev ops agile etc. Proven experience across multiple broad IT Engineering disciplines with demonstrated specialisation in at least one. Experience within the required scope of expertise.
- The individual needs to have ECM domain experience with an proven background in ECM Projects in the following disciplines Installation Support Configuration Upgrading and Maintenance.
- Knowledge of FileNet P8 Content Engine IBM Content Navigator IBM CMIS.
- Experience with IBM CloudPak for Business Automation will be advantageous.
- Deep knowledge of IBM WebSphere IBM AIX and Linux operating systems.
- Handson experience with databases (Oracle and PostgreSQL) including developing queries in SQL.
- Understanding of containerisation Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Understanding of Active Directory and implementing security models suited for ECM.
