Job Description
About you

This is a hybrid position Candidates must be able to work onsite in San Jos Santa Ana Costa Rica.
You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Kanban Essentials Professional Certificate KEPC.
- Extensive knowledge of agile frameworks. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master Agile Coach or Agile PM.
- Ability to coursecorrect PODs by driving Agile best practices and improving team performance.
- English is a requirement as you will be working directly with USbased clients.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Supervise the comprehensive delivery of services ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Responsible for coordinating the receipt of requirements.
- Coordinate restocking for the production line based on customer demand volume and daily capacity.
- Monitor service performance identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize service quality and time.
- Ensure compliance with incident problem and change management processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve services and optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure that team members have the necessary training resources and support to perform their roles effectively.
- Conduct metrics to identify the proper use of resources and measure performance fostering continuous improvement.
- Assertive communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards by continuing the implementation of defined artifacts for the proper of projects.
