Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to assist in the design of commercial institutional and industrial structures. If you have 10 or more years of experience and can perform design work in a collaborative environment you may be just who we are looking for.
In This Role You Will:
- Do structural analysis design and detailing on a variety of commercial & industrial projects
- Collaborate with the architect other engineering disciplines owner and contractor to provide a wellcoordinated and highquality set of structural drawings
- Work closely with designers drafters modelers and other inhouse engineers to execute structural designs
- Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design
- Interface with the contractor during construction to ensure positive results with minimum complications
- Manage projects profitably and maintain a working relationship with clients
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in civil or architectural engineering or other structural engineering related field
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE)
- 10 years of structural engineering experience
- Design experience with structural steel and reinforced concrete for building and nonbuilding structures
- Experience with structural analysis software
Additional Education Credentials & Experience Preferred (not required) Include:
- Masters degree in civil or architectural engineering or other structural engineering related field
- Registration as a Structural Engineer (SE)
- Design experience with light gage steel CMU and timber
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit
