Job Description

This role will support our SVP US General Counsel VP Global Labor Relations Managing Counsel for our US Strategic Initiatives and Managing Counsel US Restaurant Development.  If you thrive in a collaborative fastpaced environment this is your opportunity to unleash your creativity join a highfunctioning team and make an impact to shape McDonalds future.

Legal Assistant on the Legal Team:

  • Have strong analytical organizational and communication skills to handle multiple competing priorities and embody a collaborative team spirit strong work ethic and unwavering reliability
  • Think strategically to address business needs and are intellectually curious and motivated to grow their expertise under the coaching and mentorship of our experienced team members
  • Harness technology to drive efficiencies within the legal teams such as by generating form documents creating automated approval workflows or managing the flow of information with our law firms and business clients
  • Build relationships with other functions. Including with assistants for other Senior Executives across the business and work collaboratively and independently to handle other routine requests and inquiries

The expected salary range for this role is $30.58 $36.69 per hour 
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately in determining your pay we may also consider your experience and other jobrelated factors.


Qualifications :

  • 1 years prior administrative and/or project management experience
  • High School/GED required
  • A basic understanding of and ability to identify and analyze various real estate documents to identify key business terms
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office technologies including Word Excel SharePoint and Teams and strong ability to quickly adopt and utilize other document management matter management and real estate database technologies
