About the Client:


A fastgrowing automotive EV company part of a leading business conglomerates. The Group has 29 businesses including ten listed Companies traded in NSE & BSE.


Role: MCU and Motor Testing & Validation

Experience: 4 6 Years

Location: Chennai & Gurgaon


Job Description:


  • Assist in defining and documenting the requirements for 800V DC power electronics components used in 3W LCV and HCV applications.
  • Help design motor controllers and DCDC converter systems for 800V DC setups.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop vehiclelevel electrical architectures and provide input to mechanical electrical and testing teams.
  • Support the calibration of motor controllers for traction systems operating at up to 800V.
  • Participate in testing at both component and vehicle levels for powertrains up to 800V.
  • Contribute to the development and of test plans for highvoltage motor controllers and power electronics.
  • Maintain and manage the CAN matrix and assist in creating DBC files for subsystem communication.
  • Help define diagnostic strategies for controllers in 800V systems.
  • Contribute to future development needs for 800V powertrain components and calibration strategies.
  • Assist in preparing electrical interface documentation for VI.
  • Work alongside senior engineers to analyze field failures conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with the CFT team.
  • Basic knowledge of EMIEMC compliance and ISO 26262 functional safety standards for 800V DC systems.
  • Understanding of electromagnetic principles modeling and control system design for highvoltage applications.
  • Strong organizational time management and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and communicate technical findings.
  • Comfortable working under deadlines and aligning with team goals.
