Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Process Engineer (Operations):
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate existing processes collect measurements and interpret data including SCADA system operations to support digitalization efforts.
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure processes comply with safety and industry standards.
- Research design and develop process enhancements to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Oversee the implementation of new processes procedures and operational setups.
- Identify and resolve issues related to processes procedures and plant operations.
- Establish best practices routines and innovative solutions to improve output quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage operational costs and time constraints effectively.
- Prepare process documentation including standard operating procedures and operating instructions.
- Participate in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies.
- Serve as a key coordinator for plant shutdown planning and .
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years in the process industry.
- Strong knowledge of processrelated standards and safety management.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies.
- Teamoriented and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4300 AWS VB 1 Month) Joining Bonus Quarterly Incentive
- Working Location: Tuas Crescent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Company transport/Transport Allowance provided
