We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing documenting and optimizing healthcare information systems ensuring compliance with provincial regulations and supporting technologydriven improvements in healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document current and future state business processes identifying capability gaps.
- Perform gap analysis on ICT systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead business and system analysis efforts providing guidance to team members.
- Develop requirements for clinical documentation standardization within electronic patient record systems.
- Conduct software quality assurance activities including test planning and (infrastructure performance and UAT).
- Implement healthcare portal solutions for primary care clinics including integration with primary care software.
- Analyze and support the development of largescale public health surveillance and disease management systems.
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Software Development (Proof required upon application).
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification (Proof required upon application).
- Prince2 Practitioner certification (Preferred).
Experience & Skills:
- 10 years of experience in business or systems analysis with at least 3 documented projects totaling 10 years.
- 5 years in a Project Manager Team Manager or Lead Analyst role with at least 1 healthcare information system implementation project.
- 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance gap analysis for ICT systems.
- 3 years in software quality assurance including test plan development and .
- 1 year of experience developing clinical documentation standardization requirements at a provincial regional or statewide level.
- 2 years of experience implementing healthcare portal solutions for primary care clinics.
- 1 year of experience analyzing largescale public health surveillance and disease management systems
