Our client is looking for a dynamic and detailoriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team.
This is a fulltime nonexempt position reporting to the Manager of Business Services. It is based in New York City with a hybrid schedule requiring 4 days per week in the Manhattan office.

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will act as an important member of the Finance team responsible for all accounts payable activities for multiple entities. Working under the direction of the Manager of Business Services the Accounts Payable Coordinator verifies and enters invoices into Sage Intacct prepares weekly AP aging report ensures that contact database and consultant contracts are accurately maintained prepares remote check deposits to the bank and prepares 1099s after a yearend.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65573 $81966 USD annually.
The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidates work experience education/training jobrelated skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role) if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
