We are looking for a motivated and techsavvy IT Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or student to gain handson experience in IT support troubleshooting and system administration. You will work closely with the IT team to assist in maintaining hardware software and networks.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Provide technical support to employees via phone email or inperson.
Set up and configure computers printers and other IT equipment.
Support the IT team with system updates and software installations.
Network & System Administration
Assist in monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
Help with user account management (creating and deactivating accounts).
Support cybersecurity efforts by ensuring devices comply with security policies.
IT Documentation & Asset Management
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and software licenses.
Document IT procedures troubleshooting steps and common issues.
Assist in training staff on basic IT tools and security best practices.
Matric (Grade 12 Studying or completed a qualification in IT Computer Science or related field
Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems networking and hardware
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite troubleshooting tools and IT support
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Work Location: Pretoria Gauteng South Africa
