About the position:
Were looking to hire an Executive E Commerce who will be helping to manage and ensure the achieve ment of annual targets in terms of no. of orders revenue and operating expenses.
Your Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of CRM tools & technical skills.
- Retail or ecommerce sales experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers partners and stakeholders ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Marketing and Sales with a minimum of 01 years in a similar role.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Resultoriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business outcomes. Strong communication skills.
