Primary Responsibilities
We have several openings for lifeguards starting now and through the summer 2021. Under general supervision ensures the safety of patrons of an aquatic facility by preventing and responding to emergencies. Prior to shift opening facility and at the end of the shift close the facility. Must be able to work at least 1 shift 13 hr. shifts) per week and be available weekends.
Minimum Qualifications
Current American Red Cross Lifeguard (or like qualifying organization) Lifeguarding First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer. Ability to pass a preemployment physical skills evaluation as stipulated by the Aquatic Director. Must be at least 16 yrs of age.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Lifeguard experience is preferred. First Aid preferred but not required.
